On March 6, the Commission on Juvenile Affairs in Cheboksary returned to the police the case of a 12-year-old schoolboy who was detained at a CPRF rally on February 23. This was reported on the YouTube channel "Volga Artel".

The minor was detained on February 23 for distributing the anti-corruption newspaper Bribe. He was taken to Police Station No. 1, from where he was released three hours later. The student's smartphone was taken away and asked about the photos and contacts that were on the phone. The police also rewrote an article about the boy in the newspaper Bribe, which says that he and his mother have been on the waiting list for 10 years to improve their living conditions.
