Here, it would seem, there is no reason for disputes, but there are disputes: Russian people rarely miss the opportunity to argue about whether it is possible to steal silver spoons and whether it is possible to rape a woman if a woman was nearby. But (for now) we will not sigh about the morals of society, we will talk about the state to begin with.
