In St. Petersburg, a volunteer from the strike headquarters, Alexei Navalny, and an activist of the Vesna movement, Lyubov Deykina, were detained on charges of putting up leaflets. This was reported to OVD-Info by the coordinator of the movement "Spring" Konstantin Pokhilchuk.
Deykina was detained on the night of March 11 and taken to police department No. 51. Law enforcement officers drew up a protocol under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). At first, they wanted to leave the activist at the police station until the trial, which will take place on March 12, but later they released her.
Together with Deikina, another activist of the headquarters was detained, but her parents took her away, since she was not 18 years old.
