Zykova was delivered to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Meshchansky district, he refused to give any explanation. It drew up an administrative protocol under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). Then the detainee was called an ambulance and sent to a psychiatric hospital No. 4. According to the source of RBC, Zykov has repeatedly underwent treatment in psychiatric hospital.
