On Monday, March 12, at the age of 82, an actor, director, artistic director of the Moscow Art Theater named after Chekhov and the Tabakerka Theater, Oleg Tabakov, died. For more than twenty years, he was the leading actor of the contemporary theater. Since the late 1980s, he headed the Tabakerka Theater, and in 2000 it became the arts for the Moscow Art Theater.
