In Moscow, on the Triumphal Square, police officers detained the participants of the Constitution Readings Valery Nadezhdin, Grigory Simakov, Sergey Zlovech, Kirill Belousov, Anton Drozdov, Evgeny Makarov and Elena Zakharov. This was reported by the OTD-Info by Valery Nadezhdin.

All detainees were taken to the police department in the Tver district.

According to Nadezhdin, the detention occurred as a result of the provocation of the SERB movement. He said that they behaved aggressively, pushed and tried to provoke a fight. One of the participants in the movement and deputy of the Zamoskvorechye Igor Brumel, according to Nadezhdin, pointed out the police to which of the activists should be detained.
