Nizhny Novgorod human rights activist Stanislav Dmitrievsky was given 20 days of arrest

Nizhny Novgorod District Court arrested human rights activist Stanislav Dmitrievsky for 20 days for participating in the march of memory of Boris Nemtsov, who held in Nizhny Novgorod on February 25. This was announced by the chairman of the local branch of the Human Rights Center "Memorial" Arkady Galker.

The police officers of the police detained Dmitrievsky yesterday and drew up a protocol on it under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (repeated violation of the legislation on rallies). He spent the night in the police department No. 5, waiting for the court.

On March 13, two Nizhny Novgorod residents of Sergei Novikov and Dmitry Kalinchev for 20 days, one for the march of Nemtsov’s memory, and the other for the “election funeral”.
