The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg extended until May 16 the term of the arrest of Alla Bespalova, accused of involvement in the Hizb Ut-Tahrir organization, banned as terrorist. This was reported by an interview with the Agency "Dialog" with reference to the United press service of St. Petersburg ships.
Bespalova was detained in November 2017. On the same day, she was arrested on charges of participating in the activities of a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code).

Bespalova is the wife of Isa Ragimov, who in November 2016 was sentenced to twelve years of a maximum security colony on charges of organizing the activities of the Hizb Ut-Tahrir cell in St. Petersburg.
