The suspects in this case have not yet been reported.

Meanwhile, all the injured children pointed out that in addition to K. rape, a certain acquaintance committed. In addition, they said, four employees of the orphanage were involved in the crime: teacher, labor teacher and a kind of married couple, the positions of which are not specified.

In particular, one of the educators arranged sexual intercourse with her husband in the presence of orphans, and then demanded from adolescents to join.

The orphans were forced to be silent about what was happening. They were beaten and intimidated. One of the boys told the adoptive mother that he was promised to drown in the lake or send him to a psychiatric hospital for life.

The next day, February 20, information appeared that the adoptive parents of the victims received threats from the regional children's ombudsman Irina Butorina. The threats were transferred through the regional association of foster parents. The official promised that if parents turn to the media, then they would be seized with their children. However, Butorina and the head of the Association of Administrative Parents Irina Efimova-Izchubupkin, the charges of the families of the victims rejected.
