The Oktyabrsky District Court in Murmansk issued decisions in the cases of several of the activists detained for the January 28 Voter Strike. Violeta Grudina, coordinator of Alexei Navalny’s headquarters, reported this.
OVD-InfoOrganizer of the action Yuri Fomin was arrested for 5 days under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without giving notice).
Sergei Tikhomirov and Pavel Kochetov were each fined 10 thousand rubles. They were found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by the organizer).
Daniil Ilyichuk was fined 10 thousand rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, recognizing him as a participant in the action.
Anton Bruskov was also fined 10 thousand. The court reclassified the case from Part 1 of Art. 20.2 on part 5 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offences.
The court considered Alexander Korev one of the organizers of the action and arrested him for 5 days under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without giving notice).
UPD Activists Mikhail Soltaganov and Oleg Shachin were fined 10 thousand rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Code, recognizing them as participants in the action.
On March 14, in Murmansk, seven volunteers from Navalny’s headquarters, another one in the morning. The activists spent the night in the department. The police say that there is an order to detain all those who were detained on January 28 - that's 25 people.
