On Friday, the Investigative Committee of the death of Glushkov, who remained a citizen of Russia, opened a criminal case under Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder). The case was also opened under part 3 of Article 30 - paragraph "E" of part 2 of Article 105 (attempted murder committed in a generally hazardous way) in connection with the poisoning of Julia Skripal, who also has Russian citizenship.
