The case of "new greatness": nine participants in the movement were arrested

Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow arrested for two months nine participants in the opposition movement "New Greatness", including a minor girl. This was reported by the ATS-Info, citing a lawyer of one of the arrested activists of Maxim Pashkov.

Among the arrested are the leader of the Ruslan Kostylenkov movement. The names of other persons involved in the case are not specified. Earlier among the detainees, the name of Maria Lapina was called. All of them are charged with article 282.1 of the Criminal Code (organization and participation in the extremist community). Part 1 of this article (creation of an extremist community) provides for six to ten years in prison, part 2 (participation) - from two to six years.

On the eve of Moscow, searches and detention in the case of "New Greatness" were held. Then only three detainees were reported - Kostylenkov, Lapina and a minor girl. During the search, a minor activist was forced to lie on the floor, her father was detained with her. Earlier, the girl was pressure by the CPE employees, which is why the employer demanded that she quit. According to unconfirmed data, the FSB operatives were present during investigative actions. It was also reported that during the searches a list with the names of 10 members of the movement was removed. The detainees after the searches were taken to the Kuntsevsky intercid department of the TFR.

Publications on the VK page "New Greatness" began to appear on December 30 last year. At the end of January, the association campaigned for participating in the rally demanding to preserve trolleybuses in Moscow: the City Hall of the capital is gradually replacing trolleybus routes by bus routes, which causes eco -protection protests.

In February, "New Greatness" the beginning of a large -scale stiffing in Moscow of leaflets with agitation against Vladimir Putin.
