In Lyubertsy, the commission and observers threaten to file a complaint against a member of the commission with an advisory vote, Olga Bulba, for video filming. She herself informed OVD-Info about this.

Bulba noticed a stuffing at polling station No. 3608, after which she began filming. Then observers from the United Russia party began to film Bulba herself. When the woman took a close-up picture of the alleged carousel driver's face, they claimed that Bulba had taken down his ballot. Observers from United Russia note that they have their own video as evidence. Bulba herself claims that the voter's ballot is not visible on her video recording.

The observers and the commission threaten to remove Bulba from the polling station and write a complaint against her.
