A member of the electoral commission was detained in Rostov-on-Don

In Rostov-on-Don, a member of the PEC Anton Prikhodko was detained. This was reported on the website "Map of Violations in the Elections".

Prikhodko, a member of the PEC with an advisory vote, filmed the counting of votes at polling station No. 1780 of Rostov-on-Don. The commission did not agree on the figures.
