The Investigative Committee of Bashkiria transferred a criminal case to the court, instituted against the prisoner IK-4, who hit the assistant to the head of the colony with a knife in the stomach, according to the website of the regional SK.

In relation to the man, they initiated the case of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm (paragraph “Z” of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code) and the refusal of the victim of testimony (Article 308 of the Criminal Code)

According to the investigation, on May 14, 2017, a drunken prisoner hit the duty assistant to the head of the colony by a home -made knife in the stomach. After that, the IK-4 employees took the attacker into the utility room and beat him in the footsteps.

A criminal case of abuse of powers was opened against the colony’s employees, the prisoner was recognized as victims, but he refused to testify. Despite this, the investigation found those involved in the beating and charged them.
