Putin does not plan to change the Constitution
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he has no plans to carry out constitutional reform yet, RBC reports .
When asked by a correspondent whether the president has plans to carry out constitutional reform during his next term, related, for example, to the redistribution of powers between the branches of power, Putin replied: “For the time being, I am not planning any reforms.”
He also told reporters that he began to "subjectively" think about personnel appointments, including a candidacy for the post of head of government. He will announce his decisions after the inauguration.
