However, after that, the chairman of the commission closed in a room with a police officer, and Pankratov was forbidden to conduct a video and talk on the site by phone.

Then the deputy chairman of the commission stated that they “stood at the URN”, “interfered with voters” and “behaved inappropriately”.

On March 20, the justice of the judicial section No. 9 in the Soviet district of Kazan fined Yangirov, Shakirova and Faraziev for two thousand rubles. The court found them guilty of interfering in the work of the election commission and the creation of interference to voters (Article 5.69 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In particular, the judge was not satisfied with the fact that Yangirova independently rearranged the chair outside the polling station.

On April 2, the Soviet District Court of Kazan approved a fine of two thousand rubles to Yangirova.
