The St. Petersburg City Court did not consider appeals against the arrests and fines of Navalny's supporters Ekaterina Shlikhta and Ilya Gantvarg, as they were filed by a defense lawyer who did not provide a justification for participating in the case. The court stated that in the case file there is no power of attorney for Anastasia Burakova, who was a public defender in the first instance. Therefore, she cannot appeal.
UPD: Appeals against the arrests and fines of Shlichta and Gantvarg were filed by lawyer Daniil Semenov. The St. Petersburg City Court considered the complaints and upheld the decisions of the Smolninsky District Court.
At the meeting, the interests of Gantvarg were represented by Team 29 lawyer Maxim Olenichev, and the interests of Shlichta were represented by Daniil Semenov.
Ilya Gantvarg was also fined 15,000 rubles under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Later, the court arrested the young man for 10 days under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Ekaterina Shlikhta was fined 15 thousand rubles, accused of violating Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This is stated in the telegram channel "Joint Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg". After considering the case under Article 19.3, the court arrested the activist for 10 days.
