Linevo received the status of Toser

The village of Linevo was awarded the status of the territory of ahead of socio-economic development (TOSER). The village is counting on federal funds for diversification of the economy.

The resolution on Toser was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. The Government of the Novosibirsk Region has concluded framework agreements on the implementation of four investment projects, notes in a commentary on the document on the government’s website.

It is planned to optimize and develop the own production of the PS “Shoes of Russia” for sewing shoe details, the creation of a production and logistics complex, and the production of a therm activated guidoxide of special-purpose aluminum.

“The creation of the Linevo TOR will diversify the city’s economy, reduce dependence on the city -forming organization - Energoprom - Novosibirsk Electric Plant CJSC, increase the investment attractiveness of the city, create more than 400 new jobs, and attract investments in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles,” the commentary said.

TOSER residents in single -industry towns receive a wide range of preferences, explain the Investment Development Agency of the Novosibirsk Region. Among them are the exemption from the federal part of income tax, reduced tariffs for insurance premiums, exemption from property tax, land tax and others.

“Assigning status is the result of a great work carried out by the Investment Development Agency of the Novosibirsk Region, the regional Ministry of Economic Development, the administration of the village of Linevo. Now we are interacting with the Modelod Development Fund for obtaining co -financing for the construction of infrastructure facilities for TOSER residents. The amount of this support can be up to 95% of the amount of infrastructure costs, ”comments Alexander Zyryanov, General Director of the Agency.
