Siloviki: A fighter of the battalion named after Chelebidzhikhan

The security forces from the Crimean UFSB detained a resident of the region, who, approve, was a fighter of the Crimean Tatar volunteer battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan. This was reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to the press service of the FSB. According to Kryminform, referring to an unnamed source in law enforcement agencies, the suspect has already been arrested.

The name of the Crimean is not specified; It is only reported that he is 24 years old.

Part 2 of Article 208 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in illegal armed formation), which provides for from 8 to 15 years in the colony, was imputed arrested. According to the plot of the case, from December 2016 to October 2017, the defendant "took an active part in hostilities aimed at changing the basics of the constitutional system and violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation."

Meanwhile, the founder of the Crimean Tatar Public Association, ASKER, Vice-President of the Crimean Tatars of the Crimean Tatar Lenur Islyamov noticed in the commentary "Crimea. On the border with the Crimea, the politician explained, it is precisely the "asker" - the civilian division of the battalion, which provides the blockade of the annexed peninsula.

“But we are forming it,” added Islyamov about the battalion. “People who do not want to serve in the Russian army come to us, the parents of their children are brought here, fearing that they will be taken from there ... In February last year, when trying to get from continental Ukraine to Crimea, 19-year-old Seit-Ibraim Zayatullaev, who took some time in Asker, was detained. At the same time, only part 1 of Article 322 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal crossing of the border) was charged to the young man. Zayatullaev was sent to the pre -trial detention center, although the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure does not provide for such a preventive measure for this charges.

Islyamov then confirmed that the young man was a member of Asker, but noticed that two months earlier he was "released" from business. As the founder of Asker explained, Zayatullaev really missed his parents. “He is still a child,” said Islyamov.

On March 9, 2017, Zayatullaev was fined 5 thousand rubles and freed from custody.
