
The security forces from the Crimean UFSB detained a resident of the region, who, approve, was a fighter of the Crimean Tatar volunteer battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan. This was reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to the press service of the FSB. According to Kryminform, referring to an unnamed source in law enforcement agencies, the suspect has already been arrested.
The name of the Crimean is not specified; It is only reported that he is 24 years old.
Part 2 of Article 208 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation in illegal armed formation), which provides for from 8 to 15 years in the colony, was imputed arrested. According to the plot of the case, from December 2016 to October 2017, the defendant "took an active part in hostilities aimed at changing the basics of the constitutional system and violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation."

Islyamov then confirmed that the young man was a member of Asker, but noticed that two months earlier he was "released" from business. As the founder of Asker explained, Zayatullaev really missed his parents. “He is still a child,” said Islyamov.
On March 9, 2017, Zayatullaev was fined 5 thousand rubles and freed from custody.
