Police officers came to the girl detained on March 18 at polling station No. 68 in Belgorod this morning. Yegor Rekalov, a former election observer from Grigory Yavlinsky, reported this on the OVD-Info hotline.
According to him, today at 10:00 in the apartment where the underage girl lived, the light went out. She went out to the entrance, where the police tied her up, wringed her hands, and right in home clothes - slippers, shorts and a T-shirt - they took her to the car. There she was locked in a cage in the back of the car. The police officers shouted at the detainee and insulted her, told her: "shut your fuck, whore."
She was taken to the police station on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street. Rekalov could not remember which department was located there. A search on the Internet gives the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Belgorod.
It was impossible to contact the detainee for several hours, and then her mother came for her, who took her away from the police. Rekalov plans to file a complaint against the police officers with the prosecutor's office.
On March 18, at polling station No. 68, the police pushed the girl out, and then they detained her, but after that they sent her home without drawing up a protocol. From the fact that she was wringing her hands, she burst into tears.
