The regions of Siberia and the Far East remained one of the most protest in Russia, despite the outwardly the total high percentage of Vladimir Putin.

Since in the presidential election in 2018, some opposition politicians called for voting for the opponents of Vladimir Putin admitted to the elections, while others - to indifference in voting, turned out to be difficult to determine the degree of “protest” of a region by formal voting results.
