The head of the campaign of Alexei Navalny, Leonid Volkov, was released from the special detention center after 30 days of arrest.

• The head of the campaign, Leonid Volkov, was arrested on 22 February. The Simonovsky court found him guilty of organizing a protest action on January 28 with the help of tweets.
• After being barred from the elections, Navalny's headquarters organized a "voter strike" - a boycott of the vote and a surveillance campaign. In the last days before the elections in many regions, employees and volunteers of his headquarters were detained.
