The mother of five children was kept in jail for six months, and the child was a witness to the prosecution and sent to the orphanage

While the country, as usual, followed loud criminal events, in Tatarstan the Tetyushsky District Court made a quiet decision. Such in our courts are not often announced. The court refused to extend the detention of a 47-year-old woman accused of killing her husband. Before that, the judges went to meet the investigators and without hesitation sent the mother of five children Elena Bolonkina for jail three times - for two months, for two more, and yet ... And here Judge Sergey Borisov got acquainted with the request of the investigator and did not see the grounds to apply such a harsh preventive measure. It suddenly turned out that Elena Vladimirovna does not deserve a milder measure. She was not only released from custody, not only did not put on house arrest, but did not even take her a non-departure.

Freedom? Not really. After all, accusations with Bolonkina were not removed. And the investigators remains unsolved by the crime, which was first involved in the inter -district investigative department, and then the department for especially important cases of the Investigation Department of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan. The matter is serious, but there is no other suspect.

Only a cow returned

We will now tell about the mysterious murder behind the outskirts of the village of Monastyrskoye and about the nightmare, which the state has brought down the state for the Bolonkin family, but first - a couple of words about judicial practice. When the question arises of extending the term of detention of a citizen suspected of a crime, Russian courts usually do not experience difficulties. In January, the New Gazeta told how the judicial corps of Tatarstan for three years 18 times extended the detention of a resident of the republic Alexander Stryukov. As a result, they did not manage to bring the criminal case to the court, the pursuit of Stryukov was terminated, and the European Court of Human Rights collected 4 thousand euros in his favor with the Russian government - for violation of Article 5 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

So it happened: the judges understand that the investigator insists on the maintenance of the suspect behind bars only because it is necessary to squeeze him, make him admit something.

Now about what happened in the village of Monastyrskoye at the end of August last year. Rather, no one knows what happened there, and we should talk about it with restraint, avoiding details, because it is not known how reliable they are.

Viktor Bolonkin, the head of a large family, led the cow for the outskirts, where she was usually tied for the whole day so that she grazed unattended. The man did not return home that day, but the cow suddenly returned, which, it seemed, was not tied. The absence of Victor Homemade was not very concerned, because he was fond of fishing, and the assumption arose that he had settled with fishing rods on the lake. Or maybe he went to one of his friends. He left the phone at home, and there was no connection with him ...

Elena with three younger children went to bed (two elders already live separately). And in the morning, alarmed, she went to the pasture and found her husband lying down there. She called the police, and the doctors who arrived with the police recorded a stab wound on her chest in the heart.

Directly from the scene, Elena Bolonkin was taken to the district police department. This is how she now sets out the events of the tragic day:

- It was rain, and I was all wet. They brought me to the police, to the aunt, put me into the office, the door was closed from the inside. At first there were three operatives, then they knock, two more are coming, the door - again a key. One asks questions, the other does not allow to answer, interrupts. An obscene abuse has gone. Horror gripped me.

No one seems to be, although I asked me to call them. We say that a maniac was split before you, who killed his grandmother and dismembered his grandmother. He was only enough for three days. Who are you? A collective farm woman!

How did the police without delay arose that Viktor Bolonkina was killed by his wife? Why did she do this without any visible motive? How could a woman kill a strong man with the only blow - just in her heart?

I will immediately abandon the first in such cases assumptions about a dysfunctional family. Nothing of the kind. The Bolonkins family in the Tetyushsky district was considered exemplary. The district newspaper wrote about it under the heading "Many children - a lot of happiness." The article with a family photograph gave Elena's words: "Father for children is a worthy example." The newspaper called Elena herself "the guardian of the hearth."

It was about to award it to the republican medal "Maternal Glory". And so, according to law enforcement agencies, she kills her husband, in fact, the nurse of the family.

“Victor is from the orphanage,” says Elena, “I lost my parents very early.” And when we had only met, we agreed to give our future children something that we ourselves did not see: warmth and comfort in the house. We created everything here with our own hands. Victor in the village was not called Bolonkin. He was Kulibin: he made anything. We always kept a cow. Milk, butter, cottage cheese are my nights. In the afternoon - garden, haymaking, potatoes. We did not drink alcohol. Victor never smoked even.

56-year-old Victor was a drill. He worked on a rotational basis in tunnels. The Kazan metro built, Moscow ... He came from the watch, with the help of his eldest son Denis built a big house. He did not completed a little, did not have time. The family still settled in it, something will have to be finished.

Horror from the loss of her husband, Elena recalls, faded into the background due to the fact that she had to endure in the future ...

Key witness

“The police were taken from the office to the office,” Elena continues. -I think the questions have ended and they lead me to relax, but again they open some room, in the middle of which there is a chair and nothing more. And again they demand that I confess to the murder. I was taken to the camera only at half past eleventh in the night. An iron bed, a mattress lump, a dirty pillow, there is no bedding. I was still in wet clothes and did not eat anything from early morning. And in the morning, again in low clothes, for a new survey. Yes, not an interrogation, but a survey, without a protocol. And only in the evening for the first time in two days they fed - they gave porridge.

At that time, there was no criminal case against her, and the grounds for detention were also. In order to somehow justify Elena's night in the police, they issued her petty hooliganism.

“We issued under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses,” comments Ruslan Ignatiev, lawyer Bolonkina. - And this is the fact that they usually do not delay this article, but write out a fine. In addition, administrative arrest does not apply to women with children under 14 years of age.

And now - about children. The eldest son Denis enters our conversation:

- Mom was taken. Sister Julia and I went to church to order a funeral ritual. With our three brothers, they asked to be aunt Valya, a friend of our family.

Recall, Denis and Julia are adults and live separately, in the aunt and in Kazan. And we add that Nikita and Danila are students of primary school, and Mark goes to kindergarten.

“While we agreed in the church - I call me,” Denis continues, “they ask the police to come to the police.” We are going there with Julia, and there are already our brothers sitting, somehow hastily collected: who is without a jacket, some in one boot.

As it turned out, among these three babies, a key witness was discovered-9-year-old Nikita. The boy testified: my mother killed dad. Senior Bolonkina claim that targeted work was carried out with Nikita.

Tell me, they say, this way and so, they will let everyone go, and there will be nothing to mom. And only after that the boy was interrogated according to all the rules: in the presence of a teacher, psychologist, employee of the guardianship authorities.

The witness must be protected and fenced from extraneous influence. And then I recall a line from the letter of Denis Bolonkin to the editor of Novaya Gazeta: “My 9-year-old brother Nikita was removed from the police officers.”

The boy was seized. Nikita’s two brothers were given to the eldest care, and his witness, according to investigators, was sent to the “state institution”, that is, to the orphanage by the request of the administration of the Tetyushsky district.

Imagine the condition of the baby, whose father was killed, the mother was sent to bars, and the brothers and sisters are not allowed to close to him. And the state of the mother, who learned what happened to the child, can be imagined?

Here is what Denis Bolonkin wrote to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation addressed to his head Alexander Bastrykin:

“On October 13, 2017, my mother was introduced to the judicial psychological and psychiatric examination of my brother, Bolonkina Nikita, during which he said:“ I refuse my testimony ... Police officers confused me ... I feel sorry for my father ... I want to be brothers and mom ... I feel bad, I want to go home. ”

The eldest brother and older sister were not even informed where Nikita was specifically taken away. “On this occasion, we turned to the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Tatarstan,” Denis Bolonkin wrote to the editorial office.

Prior to that, the newspaper “Evening Kazan”, which was the first to betray this history of publicity and with which the “New Gazeta” was exchanged by information, has already contacted the children's ombudsman of the Republic of Guzelly luck. She said that she was aware of the tragedy in a large family. “By our appeal,” said Luck, “the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the trace of an intra -defense verification, which showed that the rights of minors were not violated. A 9-year-old child was given to a state institution at the time of investigative measures. When the investigation ends, the boy will either be returned to the mother or senior family members, or will remain in the state institution. It all depends on the results of the investigation. ”

"When the investigation is completed!" Easy to say. In our country and more simple matters, the investigation sometimes stretches for years. Elena Bolonkina, with the help of lawyer Ruslan Ignatieva, wrote a similar complaint to Moscow - now the Russian children's ombudsman. For its part, the New Gazeta contacted Anna Kuznetsova’s apparatus and asked to pay attention to the situation with the Bolonkin family-the case is still special. To this we were told that all cases are special, that the complaint is in the work with lawyers and that the answer will be given at the end of November. The official answer came almost a month later than this period, and it reported: “During the inspections of violations of the rights of your young son, N. Bolonkina It was not revealed. "

Well, our state is legal, and it invites us not to worry and only observe the development of events.

Zombies in handcuffs

There is nothing to watch, as it turned out. Not that the newspaper, even lawyer Ruslan Ignatiev did not notice the investigators in any significant actions. The case, taking into account its importance, was transferred from the area to Kazan, but no one made anything noticeable. The accused was contained in the investigative insulator.

“The accusation of Bolonkina was brought without my participation,” says lawyer Ignatiev. - This was recognized as the illegal Tetyushsky district court on my complaint, but the Supreme Court of Tatarstan recognized such actions by the investigator legal.

The results of the examination appeared. Nothing confirmed Bolonkina's participation in the incident in the pasture. The investigation clearly came to a dead end and did not seem to know what to do.

“Denis and Julia and I tried in every possible way to promote the investigation in search of a real killer or killers,” the lawyer says. - We expressed a variety of versions of what happened, but they were immediately rejected. All the accusation was built only on the testimony of the little boy Nikita. It seemed that Bolonkin tried to leave the accused by all means.

Ruslan Ignatiev filed a lawsuit against the inaction of the investigation. The Novo-Savinovsky District Court of Kazan did not accept her. Judge Rosalia Sylk wrote that there is no appeal subject. The same court nevertheless examined the repeated complaint, and Judge Anna Lukmanova partially recognized the correctness of the lawyer.

Investigators from the Office of the IC of the Russian Federation in Tatarstan seemed to have fought back from a persistent defender and could work, as they worked, but suddenly the matter lost its special importance and he was returned from Kazan back to the aunt.

There, in the aunt, they returned from the Kazan pre-trial detention center the accused Bolonkin. In what form this was done - about this a separate story by Elena:

- They suddenly announced to me: "Bolonkina, tomorrow morning - stage!" Where? For what? In the morning I didn’t even have breakfast, they brought me out. There are 12 people in uniform, and I go into the car between them, such a van. They put on handcuffs, put me in an iron glass - neither turn nor turn around. In the morning - frost, the knees are frozen to the gland. They stuff a full van of men. These are convicts who are sent to Volgograd, and they take me along the way.

They bring us to the railway station. There we are waiting for a Stolypin car without windows.

I hear: “The first - went! The second - went! .. Twenty -fourth - went! " Then someone reports: “Twenty-four people and one zombie!” And I understand that this is me.

Elena was closer to the destination station than the rest - three hours. There is nothing to drink, you don’t go to the toilet, since it is impossible to accompany there, but there is no one to accompany - there are only men to the convoy. But the iron cage in the carriage of it, like everyone, was separate.

"You are already sitting!"

In the Kazan pre -trial detention center, Elena’s things are still left, which she left, thinking that she would return there. Things are there, and all the sensations from staying in the isolator - with her. And it is unlikely that she will ever get rid of them.

Acquaintance with this official institution, however, began with a pleasant one: Elena was taken to the shower. Before that, for 12 days of stay in the Tetyushsky isolation ward of temporary content, no one thought to offer her to wash. As they detained in wet dirty clothes, so in it she spent this unforgettable time.

Another positive point: Elena is exclusively responding to the employees of the Kazan pre -trial detention center. According to her, they treated her sympathetically, they were always interested in whether it was necessary to help:

-According to the rules, it was necessary to break out the Supinators from my shoes, asked someone to do it more carefully. They warmed me with water in a kettle. One boy, I will not give his name, washed me the clothes in which I entered here ...

What evicted horror is the way of the camera. The way was developed for years and acted regardless of the official schedule.

“There are 12 people in the cell,” says Elena. - One immediately came up to me and said: “I am the eldest ...” She had been sitting under the investigation for 3 years and 7 months by that time. I put me on a bench and began to delve unceremoniously in my head - is there lice. Everyone comes here, you never know what ... Then she said: "You will sit here for 10 days." This is near the toilet. The toilet there is without a toilet - a hole in the floor, plugged with a half ...

We will clarify for those who do not know: one and a half is a plastic bottle of one and a half liters.

The eldest put Elena not on a chair - it doesn’t matter with furniture in the cell. It was a metal frame, on which something from clothes had to be thrown so that the sharp edges would not crash into the body. Legs flow, but tolerate. The meaning of the seat is in isolation from the rest. Sit on the sidelines until tests for HIV and other diseases come. Move through the camera and approach the rest - in any case. Isolation in the insulator, we can say.

“Later, some proud women sometimes came to us,” Elena recalls, “and they stated that this is not according to the rules, and they would not sit. And I, already spent, reassured them. We must be patient, girls ...

Well, yes, Elena is right, it’s easier to put up with it. Here 10 days are not a deadline.

“Almost everyone was smoked in the cell,” Elena continues. - Right open the window and ventilate? Under the window - an open sewer hatch, and there is little stench from the toilet, you will let us again.

The story of Bolonkina about the prisoner’s life unexpectedly ends with the real formula of our law enforcement system:

- One of ours during interrogation said to the investigator: "I am innocent and not going to sit." And he calmly answered her: "So you are already sitting!"

Here she is - the formula: "You are already sitting!" Whether you are guilty or not, not yet clarified, and you are sitting reliably, and in what conditions! The husband is killed, the child, one might say, is taken hostage and it is not known about him, and you sit and think - they expect recognition from you.

“The flywheel of the system can no longer just stop,” lawyer Ruslan Ignatiev makes a completely obvious conclusion. -I think everything was originally started by operatives because of the unwillingness to have a hanging. And then a simple version was supported by investigators.

So far, everything is at home

The village of Monastyrskoye is introduced by snow. The roads in the area are cleaned well, and a separate snow tunnel is cleaned to the Bolonokins' house. The family hired a tractor driver, and he pushed the snowdrifts.

Ruslan Ignatiev and Denis Bolonkin drove past the wasteland on which we found the corpse of Viktor Vladimirovich six months ago. Now you can’t get there. A flock of partridges, which in other places you will not see, gets something out of the snow. Game. Like everything else.

Shortly before our arrival in the family, Nikita was returned. In the orphanage, documents were already being prepared to send him to the neuropsychiatric sanatorium (nothing bad-they just wanted to strengthen the boy a little), and here-something like an amnesty, and you can return to mom.

When Elena and I started the conversation, Nikita was not yet at home. Он ушел в детский сад за младшим братиком Марком. Елена за чаем изложила нам свою материнскую теорию. Она считает, что ребенок получается таким, каким мать его задумала. Каждому из пятерых детей придумала предназначение. Никиту задумала своим защитником.

— И надо же было такому случиться, — удрученно говорит Елена, — что именно на его долю выпали такие испытания. Он плакал, когда мы встретились, переживает и думает, что виноват передо мной.

Кое-что в семье уже налаживается. Никита вернулся в свою школу, сверстники ему рады. Елену зовут на прежнюю работу — 23 года проработала она в центре социального обслуживания населения. Кто она в глазах этого населения, пока не совсем понятно.

Люди видели, как ее подвозили к поликлинике на освидетельствование в машине с сиреной, вели в наручниках, в сопровождении охранников с собакой. Зачем сирена? Зачем собака? Что люди должны думать?

С уголовным делом, которое не закрыто, ясности нет. Болонкины боятся заглядывать в почтовый ящик — вдруг там казенный конверт с плохой новостью.
