Koibi has not yet cooled from uninterrupted work on election day, he had not yet made a second time with an appeal to the nation about his victory Vladimir Putin, who once again “changes” and “breakthrough”, as life presented samples of a breakthrough and changes.
The wind of changes brought to the city of Volokolamsk a poisoned stink of a city landfill - a breakthrough occurred. GAZ breakthrough. Almost like Ilf and Petrov in “In extraordinary stories from the life of the city of Kolopolamsk”: “The Babulay Radioactive Resort“ Second Youth ”... The entrance is prohibited.” By the way, in Kolokolamsk, invented by Ilf and Petrov in 1929, there were unanimous and unanimous streets, which poured into membership square ...

The promises of poverty had not yet responded in the ears of the Russians, as Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich promised an increase in income tax from 13% to 15%, gracefully noting that this would hardly be the reason for citizens to “change jurisdiction”. Having a little forgotten at the same time that in a country where more than 20 million poor people live, for most taxpayers the only possibility of “changing jurisdiction” is a move from Volokolamsk to Ust-Uryupinsk. Well, or departure into the shadows: there, in the gray-black sectors, according to various estimates, from 33 million to 38 million Russians work. They will not overtake any income tax.

"What unites Churchill, Roosevelt, de Gaulle and Putin?" - asked on the TV, barely restraining his own delight, announcer Kirill Kleimenov (I insist that he was the announcer in the Old Sovereign’s understanding). And he himself answered: "Each of them saved their homeland."
Voting in the elections is equal to voting for Putin, that is, on the interclam - a kind of cry of approval through the electoral urn. Like in the old sketch of Gennady Khazanov: "The right one!" And Putin’s activity itself is synonymous with salvation. It doesn’t matter - from what. And it doesn’t even matter that, “according to new intelligence data, we fought with ourselves” and continue frantically, to the last stone, “bomb Voronezh”.
Transformation of voting into a forced farce, and even an absolutely official concealment of truth about it - this is an insult to the electorate, the transformation of Russian citizens into indifferent subjects of autocracy
I am Russian, then I am Putin. Je Suis Poutine. The president’s surname for the postcrymist majority is a means of self -identification, voting for it is a form of ritual of law -abiding. Civil duty is not a vote as such as Sergei Shoigu explained to us, reporting on the outstanding achievements of the army in the issue of carpetial return of votes. This is precisely the vote for Putin as a property of a good citizen. Putin is a flag, a anthem, and for someone also a social elevator. And no one scares anyone that a high first -person support indicator is self -bleached: such numbers are in authoritarian regimes, and not in democracies.
Ella Pamfilova stated that the allegations that millions of people voted to be forced, under threat of troubles of various kinds - at work, in educational institutions, hospitals, armed forces - this is an insult to representatives of the freedom -loving Russian people. In fact, the opposite is true: the transformation of voting into a forced farce, and even an absolutely official concealment of the truth about it is an insult to the electorate, the transformation of Russian citizens into indifferent subjects of autocracy.
The behavior during voting as a result obeys the classical laws of the psychology of the crowd. “Of a hundred smart ones, one fool is obtained,” the poet David Samoilov once remarked. Not a people voted for Putin, but a crowd.
But the same crowd, which votes for symbolic reality in the form of Putin as a flag of Russia and a sign of its returned pride and greatness, turns into citizens, as soon as it comes to specific cases of violation of rights. For example, air rights - as in Volokolamsk. Or the right to girlish honor - as in the story with the chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs of the State Duma Leonid Slutsky, whose hands do not know fatigue, but there is definitely nothing to occupy them, because as a result of the poisoning of Skripal, not only the State Duma, but even any state bodies will soon have more international affairs soon. With an incredible speed after the presidential election, the greatness of Russia began to grow its (in its own) isolation: exchanges of the expulsion of diplomats, and now, perhaps, with mass reviews of ambassadors and closures of visa centers, they can lead to the celebration of the ideas of Chu Chha in separate Russia. We will finally remain alone - proud of our loneliness and, thank God, saved. From do not understand what.
Since the citizens voted for the boss, which means they are ready to vote for him and their ruble. Did you like pictures with missiles flying around the globe and striking targets anywhere? Give money for further growth of greatness
Permanent promises to Putin’s breakthrough and economic-civilian prosperity are not encouraging, but frightened. Where does the money come from a breakthrough if the private sphere in the economy narrows, and foreign investments in the conditions of self -isolation will disappear sequentially? Money will take from the pockets of citizens.
Since the citizens voted for the boss, which means they are ready to vote for him and their ruble. Did you like pictures with missiles flying around the globe and striking targets anywhere? Give money for further growth of greatness. Moreover, the taxpayer does not have democracy in Russia, no one asks in the authorities what kind of expenses the taxes are spent on. So, they will not ask where this delta will go between 13% of the income tax and the future 15%. Every Russian knows: where necessary, he will go there. As the frozen pension savings in the country, where every third citizen will be a pensioner, went to the incorporation of Crimea, will go to the incorporation of Crimea. What will these pensioners live on? Well, this is still so far, and the current elites function on the principle of "after us - at least a flood." Well, or, if you like, "breakthrough".
Why are low taxes good? They withdraw the working population from the shadows, the income of the treasury is growing, people in their hands are more money, consumption increases, a well -working economy gives even more revenues to the budget. But so you can get a very free, excessively wealthy, and therefore also an independent population of the state. It is better to turn people into dependents: to tear taxes from them, and then bore them with state payments, especially during the periods of election campaigns. It is easier to control the masses dependent on the state.
This is such a special struggle with poverty: at first you artificially generate this poverty, and then you buy political loyalty with your handouts. A very simple social contract: you do nothing, most importantly - do not get involved in politics, vote as it should, and we ourselves will ask you food - not abundant, but sufficient in order not to die, and mobilize you to defend the besieged fortress with our cries about what the West again attacks us.
At the exit, a thought is obtained, accountable only to himself and the president, by no means citizens, the Duma, not even interested in any information about it, would not really be about it, otherwise the media only interferes with working. The government, which is ironic about “other jurisdictions”, at the exit receives the city of Volokolamsk as an example of the same “Russia directed to the future”. Russia, observing the symbolic “breakthrough” on TV and a real breakthrough of poisonous gases outside its window.
Well, everyone is afraid of us. This cannot but reassure. And who repeats that everything is bad with us, the one, as Putin said, is a “irresponsible populist”.
