
The Primorsky Regional Court sent the so -called "Primorsky partisans" by Alexei Nikitin in the case of the so -called "seaside partisans". This was reported to the Interfax agency by the press secretary of the court Victoria Kovaleva. When this decision was made, she did not specify. Previously, Nikitin was under the recognizance not to leave.
In June last year, the Primorsky Regional Court began to assess the case of the Primorsky Partisans for the third time. There are five people in the dock - brothers Alexander and Vadim Kovtuna, Vladimir Ilyutikov, Maxim Kirillov and Alexei Nikitin. The court considers the episode to kill four people in the Kirovsky district of the Primorsky Territory in 2009. Earlier, the Supreme Court of Russia canceled the acquittal of this episode of the case. The defendants do not admit guilt.
In July 2016, Alexei Nikitin and Vadim Kovtun were released in the courtroom, and the rest continued to serve his sentence on episodes for which they were convicted earlier. The main accusation against the so -called "Primorsky partisans" is a series of attacks on police officers in 2010, the victims of which were two law enforcement officers.
