On the morning of March 25, we were still in the usual paradigm, when compatriots are especially experienced by compatriots, except tired hostility. And power is perceived as a dull, vile reality, with which, however, with compatriots, one must somehow coexist. But the more terrible, more painful, the summons from Kemerovo became intolerant, the amazingly we became closer to each other. Probably, it should become very, very, very painful, so that Korost falls from the human heart and people seem to begin to feel each other again. So that the words about unity, love and comprehensiveness in the sense of feeling themselves by people of one country, one land ceased to be distorted by politics and television, but gained their true meaning.

The people of the whole country these days mourned with people from Kemerovo. Children and adults who died in the Kemerovo fire are mourned precisely what is all -Russian tears. This will not save anyone and will not return anyone, but it returns to emotional everyday life simple and important words with the prefix “co-”: compassion, involvement, assistance. The country donated blood, the country was looking for the possibility of transferring money, sending things, the country passed the dressing materials and medicines, the country was eager to do at least something to mentally be next to its compatriots who have grief.

Against this background, a special and long -practical way of communicating power with people, when power always looks like a coward and a killer that hides the truth (even if this is not so), was especially noticeable. And people before our eyes, more precisely, all of us together in these two days forced the power to retreat, remake, not trample, as is usually the case, our self -esteem, in which grief, love, sorrow, and rage. And this, of course, we made Putin finally arrived in Kemerovo and declare mourning. And he arrived and announced. This again will not save anyone. But this is the only life -affirming result of these terrible, black three days: a simple new knowledge that we can really be together. And in grief, and in joy. Themselves: the people of their country.

About the language of sorrow

For some reason, the phrase “spilling of premises” is especially cutting in the news in the news. When, where did it grow from - more precisely, sprout - this language? About there, from where to “drink medicines”,-some new slang, symbiosis of the bureaucratic and network. How did he establish himself? .. When did this happen? In the country of Tolstoy and Dostoevsky? .. The tragedy is described in the language of impersonal sentences: convened, appointed, created, organized ... This says the alienation itself. A single person is not present even in a speech about the tragedy, even in the act of sorrow, he is expelled. These are the standard reports that "people carry flowers."

This is no accident. This is the generic quality, conveyed from previous times, Olga Sedakova writes about this: “ Damnatio Memoriae , forced silence about“ their dead ”, seemed to have spread to discuss reality.”

But reality changes on such days - under the yoke of tragedy. People want to remember and grieve independently - this, perhaps, is the only thing that remains of humanity and what is it. In a language appropriate for this case, in your own words, and not by strangers. People have already learned to bring toys, candles and flowers. This is the "work of sorrow", the element of sympathy. It cannot be organized and controlled. It is this huge gap between the passionate desire for sympathy and the lack of a culture of sorrow that ultimately causes a reaction, even an unconscious. Something, on the contrary, is sharply human. And then a scream arises.

A person is so arranged that in any event he sees not only the event itself, but also the sign of something else. This is especially true for tragedies. Tragedy as an omen, tragedy as an accusation, tragedy as a symbol of final collapse and impasse. And when all this in a rich information space begins to pour on the head, this does not allow to linger, does not allow to survive and feel the tragedy as such, to survive it as part of our common fate. And the uninhabited tragedy is doomed to repeat itself over and over again, such is the law.

But most of all I was shocked by the fact that people refused to talk with reporters, to answer questions. Someone was strictly banned, from someone they took a subscription, someone did not want to. It turns out that our main enemy is not fire, not Putin, not corruption, but reality itself. We are afraid of her and run from her even after it would seem that the worst thing happened. Everything that happened is terrible, but it is especially, because it means that there is no way out.

According to official figures, 85.57% of voters voted for Putin in the Kemerovo region, and 96.69% of the population allegedly voted for the still current Governor of Tuleyev in 2015. What do these numbers mean in practice? One of two: either this is a fiction, or both of these politicians are infinitely popular among the inhabitants of Kemerov. But then it is impossible to understand why none of them decided to go to people gathered in the square. After all, if the numbers are true, then their voters stood there and neither Putin nor Tuleyev had nothing to fear, except for the people who gathered too stormy. At such moments, the access to people of popular and authoritative politicians could play a positive role in reassuring and encouraging people. But neither Putin nor Tuleyev came to people. Perhaps because they themselves do not feed any illusions regarding the true scale of their popularity - especially among relatives and friends alive people. The myth of the incredible popularity of the Russian authorities among the population lived only 10 days after the presidential election and died in Kemerovo, on the Square of Soviets.

The indisputable antihero of these days is Tuleyev, such an absolute embodiment of the most gloomy womanhood and in general all monstrous that only in power. At the same time, we understand that the human appearance of Tuleyev was at all lost, clinging to power, and so he had, it was for him, one of the few. It was a charismatic, a real national leader who at one time turned out to be stronger and convincing than all other charismatics (and there were a lot of them in the post -Soviet Kuzbass). Tuleyev is a winner, Tuleyev is a figure, Tuleyev is a giant. And what he has turned into now. Winner, figure, giant - now it is Putin one way or another. And now his behavior in comparison with the standard bureaucratus is practically the standard of adequacy even taking into account this “demography” and other things. By my logic, he should look in Tuleyev as in a mirror, which shows that he can threaten if he remained in power forever. It seems to me that he should be uneasy. If Tuleyev-1997 is similar to Putin 2012 (for example), then who does Tuleyev-2018 look like?

About fear of the authorities

Russia is a very life -threatening country. Because this is the country of the victorious authorities. The bosses perceive their position as a way to profit from - otherwise why.

In this food chain, any check is part of the food chain. The check does not come in order to ensure quality, but for the continuity of the food chain. Therefore, the check will find what is not, and will not find what is. Therefore, doctors are afraid to prescribe prescriptions for painkillers: they are afraid of testing more than the suffering of the patient. Therefore, teachers are afraid to say an extra word: they are afraid of testing more than the ignorance of students. Therefore, entrepreneurs are afraid of checking the state supervision more than a fire.

The threat of the food chain of bosses is represented by people who are not ready to play according to their rules. In the interests of bosses from any business, first of all, those who do not provide proper loyalty are expelled, because they tend to be responsible for their words and deeds.

The tragedy in Kemerovo shows that we need to learn how to be afraid of not authorities. And to learn how to be afraid to cause suffering to people, to endanger their lives. The bosses will not learn anything, for him to work honestly means falling out of the food chain and self -destructive. But we cannot afford not to learn.

Sometimes this does not take time at all: to photograph the locked door, which should be opened by the project, lay out on social networks, mark the location, call the hotline of Rospotrebnadzor. Each of us may not be silent when we see that people who do not care about our lives endure us.

About forgiveness

It is impossible to find words when you speak of such a monstrous tragedy, such a monstrous crime. But they need to be found. Because those who are clothed with power did not find them. Aman Tuleyev asked for forgiveness only from Vladimir Putin, and not from his fellow citizens, who entrusted them with both to rule our country. And the parents of the dead children had shamed that they dared to go out to the square and call him for an answer.

Vladimir Putin also did not ask for forgiveness. He only expressed regret that the fire had spoiled his demography, as if he was talking about the number of cattle, and not about children.

Neither provincial officials nor mayor of the city found the right words. And none of them resigned.

Therefore, forgiveness for parents can ask for each of us. Sorry that for all these years I have not done everything that I could change our country to make it safe and free, a country where politicians would not be afraid to go out to people, ask for forgiveness and recognize their mistakes. Such a country as it could be if I, each of us were a little bolder and slightly more confirming.
