According to the plot of the case, Dmitriev took pictures of the naked 11-year-old adopted daughter of Natalia and kept the house at home.

In fact, Dmitriev adopted a child with slow development and he was recommended to periodically photograph the girl to fix her condition. These pictures, the lawyer emphasized, were stored on Dmitriev’s home computer; The activist did not print them, did not publish and did not send anyone. As for the cut, Dmitriev took it away a few years ago from the children in the yard. At the same time, the weapons are no longer suitable for shooting.
