For several hours I watched today on what is happening in Kemerovo, and I am sure that if Aman Tuleyev and Putin would simply have drove to the gathering and admitted that they did not own the situation (I just have a mental structure), then there would be no intensity that happened. In the end, the "steam" managed to "steal". Next time, apparently, it may turn out "Lensky execution." The Russian official is quite able to make such a decision.
But today Tuleyev’s deputies took a blow to themselves, tomorrow, apparently, they will drink “bitter” and lay down in their estates. Vice-Governor Tsivilev even had to kneel, and this was a “peak” of the art of manipulation.
That is, everything is simple. Having received compensation for the death of a loved one, living and dead people simply become the property of an official with a militarist consciousness
I had to remove the consequences of a crash in Irkutsk in the summer of 2001, and a year later the mass funeral of the victims of Nord-Ost. In Irkutsk, at one time, we are even somehow accustomed to the fact that the results of investigations that frequent a plane crash for society and the media are an unattainable “luxury”. Locking, usually brightened up by separate "plums" from the Ministry of Emergencies, the Federal Air Transport Agency, etc., and in principle it seems to me, I know why the results of the investigations are considered almost "state".
Firstly, the initiative of the local investigation is immediately intercepted by the capital's specialists (in Kemerovo there are now about a hundred people). What is happening there at this moment with their communication with local authorities, one can only guess, most likely it is very bad, simply by the nature of our stateist.
Secondly, they really think that hiding information about victims contributes to the psychological stabilization of the situation. The practice of receipt and bite from relatives of the victims "for silence" really exists. You talk - and there will be problems with compensation. And it is not for us to judge the people's stolen tranquilizers. But apparently, this is no longer the Kemerovo version.
Thirdly, most often in this way, elementary mess and low competence of the investigation are hidden in this way. This, I think, is clear to everyone without me.
And finally, at key posts in power, and in civilian authorities, we are sitting “reconciled” characters. It seems to me that they automatically perceive any victims with "combat losses."
In 2002, with the camera we arrived in the city of Noginsk. The 19-year-old girl who died during the assault "Nord-Ost" was buried. I will omit the details, as we were almost (quite fairly), relatives and classmates did not “clean” faces. I can only say that I myself almost did not fall into the grave when, after a memorial service, a military orchestra arose from nowhere and began to play the anthem of the Russian Federation, aka the anthem of the USSR. And then the military guard also shot three times in the air.
- What was it now? I asked the manager of the funeral.
“This is by order of the governor and at the expense of the regional budget,” the man in black answered gloomily, “the victims of the terrorist attacks are now equal to combat losses.” Follow the ritual.
I remind you, it was 2002.
That is, everything is simple. Having received compensation for the death of a loved one, living and dead people simply become the property of an official with a militarist consciousness.
Therefore, you should not be too surprised at Putin’s tirads about the “demography” and “sloppiness in the field” “organized” to them. In another way, he simply cannot react, because of his nature and the low empathy of the KGB officer.
We live with this at least the next 6 years. If the tragedies, similar to the present, will not bring completely unexpected turns into this scenario.
