The police opened a criminal case under Part 2 of the Status 167 of the Criminal Code (intentional destruction or damage to other people's property by arson).

“This is quite obvious, the next act of intimidation,” said Oleg Orlov, the head of the program “hot spots”. “In relation to the Memorial, intimidation, intimidation, that is, terror, has set fire to the car, perhaps some local punks. According to Orlov, on January 20, a Dagestan lawyer drove to the Chechen village of Kurchal on this car. The lawyer participated in the investigative actions in the case of the chairman of the Chechen unit of the organization of Oyub Titiev , against which the case of drug storage was fabricated (part 2 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code).
