Activists of Navalny’s headquarters were fined due to the collection of signatures against deforestation

The judge of the Cherepovets city court, Ilya Vydrin, fined Kirill Kruglikov for 10 and five thousand rubles, the coordinator of the strike of the strike of Alexei Navalny, and his deputy Alen Kalashmatin. This was reported by Kruglikov by the OVD-Info.

They were found guilty under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). The reason for this was the fact that during the holiday of the "Ski of Russia" on February 10 activists of the headquarters and other participants in the initiative group collected signatures against deforestation.

According to Kruglikov, of all the people who participated in the collection of signatures, only Supporters of Navalny were brought to administrative responsibility. The protocols under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses also amounted to two headquarters volunteers, one of which was a minor.

On January 28, the court fined the coordinator of the Cherepovets headquarters for 10 thousand rubles due to the distribution of leaflets with the slogan "Navalny 20! 8 time to choose." Kruglikov was found guilty under part 1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the organizer of the procedure for holding a public event).
