"Canned" Moscow or just an opposition?

The right to peaceful protest, familiar and natural for the active part of Ukrainian society, may be limited. By whom? Another active part of this society. The authorities will have no choice but to maintain a protest against protest. When, before the presidential election, a year, and the war in the Donbass, which grew out of Russian aggression, continues, any political scam, not to mention the planned provocation, carries a danger comparable to a blow to the back.

“The Kremlin needs not individual pieces, but Ukraine, Ukraine with destroyed statehood. Follow carefully - “canned food” (as the conspirated agents of the influence of the enemy camp are called on slang) begin to explode ahead of schedule! ” - warn citizens. True in such words, of course, is present. Not only under Yanukovych, “canned food” sat in the government, wore large stars in uniform, created TV channels and parties, including a nationalist sense. Only a finished idealist is ready to believe that the Maidan sank them and created a reality where everyone lives in a new way. On the other hand, seeing in every oppositionist of the insidious enemy, an agent of the Kremlin is also not an option for a democratic country.

But, they say, these same "canned foods" are terribly inventive! They even hatred of corrupt officials are able to use “dark” in order to convince their supporters of the need to overthrow the authorities immediately. Random sacrifices? Then the regime is all the more not saved! And then - a pure sheet of history ...

After Saakashvili was pushed into Poland with a scandal, and the tent town under the Rada was severely cleaned, the “Misha factor” as a destabilizing beginning came to naught. In the public plane they do not remember him at all. Although Saakashvili promised to judge and prove: the hands of this passionary were desecrated with the money of the oligarch Kurchenko, a sponsor of the disclosed conspiracy. Part of the Georgian associates of Mikhail is also deported, others, like Severion Dangadze, are in a pre -trial detention center. Ukrainian politicians from the Rukh of New Forces after accusations of preparing an armed coup avoid taking people in the square, although they collected crowded rallies. The label "canned food" will stick - do not tear off.

Immediately after Saakashvili, Nadezhda Savchenko was neutralized. Now she continues to be in the spotlight, but interest is weakening. Savchenko leads the Party named after himself, rather “Paper” than the real, since the shares of solidarity with the leader do not pass. It is not yet clear whether the investigation will find a connection between the criminal intentions of the two famous people and which of the organizers of the putsch in Kyiv and the potential performers of terrorist attacks will delay the development of the SBU plot. President Poroshenko could not resist, put justice in an unambiguous pose - he congratulated the special services on two professional successes worthy of intelligence textbooks. Initially, I spoke about Saakashvili (I quote): “The connection of the“ Camp of Protest ”with Little Russian political emigration in the Russian Federation, which sits under the FSB cap, was brilliantly disclosed and legally documented:“ Savchenko’s cap: “The masterful exposure of the enemy Logov, where large -scale attacks with numerous victims were prepared.”

But in the history of Savchenko there are enough private issues.

What was it in court?

Several nationwide electronic media and television channels reported that hope was released in the courtroom, when the investigative judge had not yet finished announcing the decision to choose a preventive measure. The news on the fly was picked up and smashed by Russian news agencies. After half an hour, I had to ask for forgiveness from readers and spectators for misinformation. Many did not understand anything: who was mistaken, judge or journalists?

Indeed, the text sounded: “To admit the absence of grounds for the detention of Savchenko N.V. And release her in the courtroom. ” In this place, the Hope support group slammed, although it was necessary to carefully listen to the resume: "The petition of the investigator ... about the application of a preventive measure in the form of detention to Savchenko - to apply."

This is what a heavy list of articles presented the prosecutor's office to the Hero of Ukraine: part 1 of Art. 109 (actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional system or the seizure of state power), part 1 of Art. 14 (preparation for a crime), part 2 of Art. 28 (committing a crime by a group of persons, a group of persons by prior conspiracy, organized by a group or criminal organization), Art. 112 (encroachment on the life of a state or public figure), part 3 of Art. 258 (terrorist act), part 1 of Art. 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization), part 2 of article 28 and part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives).

But, as you know, hope was not taken with red -handed at the scene of the crime, not at the time of the terrorist act, not with a grenade launcher on the shoulder under the Rada, but at the workplace, in the hall of the parliament meetings, where the deputies voted for the possibility of bringing Savchenko to criminal liability. The investigator even allowed Nada to walk to the SBU building in Askoldov Lane.

After the interrogation, the deputy was given the opportunity to turn to the press that awaited the denouement, and ... went to the insulator, to the night, so that the next morning, in handcuffs, to be taken to court.

It is not known whether the defense managed to prepare Nadia for the first performance that sets tonality as the process, or she, a person with well -developed intuition, chose the format - without changing offensive rhetoric, remind several times: “They don’t judge in the rule of law!” Lawyer Viktor Chevguz (who also continues to protect Russian Viktor Ageev in the Luhansk Court of Appeal), he saw in the “lack of grounds for detaining” the actual recognition of the investigative judge of the illegal actions of the prosecutor's office. “In the Code of Criminal Procedure, such a situation is not written out. Therefore, the judge reacted to the illegality of the detention and considered essentially the petition of the investigator. The ECHR will put the point - it will oblige Ukraine to paint the indicated situation in the law and the ways of its resolution. But illegal detention entailed illegal arrest! The court had to provide a person with freedom! ”, - explained Viktor Stepanovich’s conflict on his Facebook page. The consent of the Rada to bring the people's deputy to criminal liability, detention and arrest completely do not cancel the general inviolability that every citizen of the country has, in accordance with Art. 5 European Convention, Art. 29 of the Constitution and Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine.

With Viktor Chevguz, I recall that in 2014 her mother, Maria Ivanovna Savchenko, signed an agreement on the protection of hope in the Russian court. For some time he was doing business in partnership with Feigin, Novikov and Polozov. The second lawyer, Dmitry Bugay (in the past, is the chief lawyer of the Ladoligarch Sergey Kurchenko, now-the head of the Kyiv city organization of the “Social and Political Platform of Nadezhda Savchenko”) ironizes: Ukraine must accept the norm similar to the SSERTA 70 of the Criminal Code of the Criminal Code “Anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda”. “And we will not strain anymore to close people for“ bad ”agitation!”

Defenders intend to achieve, at least, a revision of the preventive measure for the investigation period. At the maximum - with the help of the European Court of Human Rights to prove the purely political nature of the criminal case. They filed a complaint with the court of appeal, its consideration is expected the other day. The fact that Savchenko’s detention occurred in violation of the legislation of Ukraine was confirmed by the newly -nobility by the Popular’s ​​quota Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova, who visited the hope in the camera and promised to keep the situation under control. Moreover, the arrested announced an indefinite hunger strike.

Is she mentally healthy?

Hand on the heart, many politicians give the impression of psychopaths. Such a disease is called populism. It proceeds exclusively in an open and acute form.

To the hope that fell from captivity immediately to the Rada, attention was not just increased - rather, shameless. Here she took off her shoes right in the hall and “scratches” barefoot on the carpet to the rostrum - a great frame! Here he smokes, crouching in a pursuani on the curb, and swells for something assistants-cool! Here she dressed up in a ridiculous hat, and almost fell asleep at a meeting of the national security committee, allegedly drinks regularly, and from the Bodun - do not come, kill, and the like. The path from the unconditional heroine, the collective image of the struggling Ukraine, to a single rebel with ambitions and “jumps” turned out to be short-lived: “Ukrainians, do you want me to become president?! I agree". The meanings of what Savchenko proposed did not begin to analyze immediately.

Although she issued one simple recipe after another: “Minsk agreements are not needed. Get a direct connection with the “DPR” and “LPR”, with the gentlemen of Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky, let the people's deputies are positioned ... The crown will not fall from me, I am ready to talk to them. Let's just smile at each other, and we will succeed! " After the summons from the ATO with the number of victims and destruction, these ingenuous words were sunk into memory. Savchenko was often called on the air and to talk shows, and the News One TV channel, whose owner, the former “regional”, now an non-factory deputy-Kharkov citizen Muraev, is practically not inferior to the Kremlin brooks in the overwhelming of the Maidan and the “junta”, and allocated her time in the prime-time for the author’s provision “Subjective results with the hope” Savchenko. "

But back to the topic of health. Yulia Tymoshenko, who was absent in the workplace on the day of fateful votes on the workplace, spoke about the former “first issue” of the “Fatherland” list in the 2015 parliamentary elections. The party put on the “captive of the Kremlin” and did not lose: the whole world was harnessed, pulled out. And the party rating too. “When Nadezhda returned home, having experienced tremendous stress, mockery, starvation, abuse, including fear ... It was necessary to insist on long psychological rehabilitation. As a person, I am insanely sorry for her. The deputy Anton Gerashchenko, by the way, was a member of the College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, much more definitely and roughly. “She needs after we give consent to detention and arrest to conduct a compulsory psychiatric examination. If the examination shows that Nadezhda Savchenko is insane, then it should be isolated from society and be in a psychiatric hospital. ” Sergey Pashinsky, head of the specialized committee on national security, which included Savchenko, is solidarity with Gerashchenko. In his opinion, the first action of the investigator should be a decision on a psychiatric examination: “This person needs help. I can not do without a remark. Last year, the Rada made fundamental edits to the Law of Ukraine “On Psychiatric Assistance”. The right to an alternative examination by any independent specialist, the opportunity to challenge through the court the use of forced psychiatric measures, the impossibility of forced hospitalization in a specialized institution of a person who is deprived of legal capacity is an incomplete list of articles that have deprived the psychiatry of punitive functions. "It is a pity that the deputies only write laws, but do not read them!" - noted in the context of Semen Gluzman, president of the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, a well -known human rights activist, a dissident with the experience of Soviet camps. And he explained: for the appointment of a psychiatric examination, the investigator must make a decision, the court - to make a decision, there is a whole procedure. You can forcefully place in the hospital in two cases: a person is dangerous for himself or for others. “But it is dangerous not because it can give out a state secret, but what can be bitten by passers -by on the street!” Gluzman is not the first to call Savchenko adequate. “She is a special person, a radical woman, she has been formed by the army from the age of 17. But we are all special people! I have no reason to believe that she is sick, ”the doctor“ Observer ”quotes the doctor and human rights activist.

By the way, in October 2014, during a court in the Russian Federation, Nadezhda Savchenko, accused of a serious crime, has already been appointed a stationary psychiatric examination at the Serbian Institute. The Basmanny court decided: she volunteered to serve in a peacekeeping mission in Iraq, where she participated in the hostilities, and then decided to fight as a volunteer in the Donbass, then the woman-nationalist’s internal aggression goes off scale.

Nadi's medical documents - almost from the moment of birth, whether there was a head injury or asphyxiation, ”the lawyer Viktor Chevguz collected. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine quickly provided the entire package of the full mental health of Savchenko, the prisoner of the Kremlin. Viktor Stepanovich stocked up with the characteristics of his client from school, from a military university, from a place of residence, for any case of life. They are all wonderful and not yet outdated. So to make a “nonsense” out of hope is unlikely to succeed.

Is she recruited by the FSB?

“New” wrote in detail about how in the Donbass, on the demarcation line, Vladimir Ruban, the head of the Center for the Liberation of Prisoners of the Officer Corps, was detained with the load of smuggled weapons. After the arrest of Ruban, Nadezhda, who had traveled with him more than once, contrary to the objections of the special services, to the occupied territories, tried, as a deputy, to take a colleague on bail. Savchenko was not allowed to do this for a formal reason. The next day, she flew to Strasbourg. As she told reporters on the phone, "not only to the PACE session, but also to give our European partners a testimony against Porrahenko’s corruption, and about political persecution."

The deputy of the Rada Vladimir Aryev, who now performs the functions of vice president PACE, objected: there is no hopes in the Ukrainian delegation, and the session will begin only at the end of April. Nadia confused Pase with the European Parliament. Ex-combat, deputy head of the Popular Front faction Andrei Tetruk expressed confidence: Savchenko escaped to Russia, missed! Other informed colleagues corrected: not to Russia, but to Spain! The curators from the FSB always change their meetings with the recruited - either in the Donbass will be appointed, then in Madrid ... Her return to Kyiv somewhat discouraged opponents. But the “canned food” is not fools, - the conclusion was drawn. Do not blow up the Rada, so spoil the image of Ukraine, which throws behind the bars of its own hero, a living legend who dared to oppose a fratricidal war and Poroshenko personally! At the same time, the whole “bush” of deputies of the Oppoblock voted against holding hopes for responsibility in court. They never showed such concern for political enemies before.

Again, the press began to “wool” Savchenko’s biography, trying to find what she missed. The closest to the truth, in my opinion, was the famous journalist and blogger Denis Kazansky, who left his native Donetsk at the beginning of the war, under threat of reprisals from “supporters of federalization of Ukraine”. True, the find is already a year old, and the television itself with the young Nadia was shot in 2006, near Kharkov, at the rally of a certain movement of the swim (system of militarized youth games). The ultra-right, according to external signs, only imitated Ukrainian scouts, and was kept with the money of the SDPU (O), the united Social Democrats, the now almost forgotten party of Viktor Medvedchuk.

“It turns out that the party of Medvedchuk and the (current) deputy from the opposition bloc, Igor Shurma Kharkov, created and still continue to finance the movement, which they themselves are called“ fascist, ”Kazan wrote. “Kaif, right? On the one hand, you scream from every iron about the “threat of fascism” and “bloody Bandera”, threaten the Donbass by buses of the “Right Sector” (an organization banned in the Russian Federation), and on the other hand, you create and support the “Bandera” who conduct youth training. ” Kazan also asks questions - did Nadezhda accidentally hit Medvedchuk, who, with whom he claims, is personally unfamiliar, is information corresponding to the connection of her political project with Kum Putin?

Medvedchuk still has nothing to take. It remains the only wand for prisoners.

The bet on an armed rebellion in Kyiv looks delirium only at first glance. "Our guys will return from the front and put things in order in the country!" - These words repeated so many times and for so many reasons that the idea itself ceased to seem terrible. And here Nadia with a feverish gleam in her eyes ...

When she was starving in the Russian prison, the deputies of the local council of the city of Vatutino, Cherkasy region, supported the proposal of colleagues from the "Fatherland" - as part of the decommunization, rename Lenin Square to Nadezhda Savchenko! But the inert city hall rose on the hind legs: the legislation, they say, forbids to name the objects of toponymy in honor of living people. Lawyers argued for a year, and the square was still renamed the square. She became ... Cathedral.

The legislation is not mistaken. You can expect everything from living people.
