
Judge of the Zavodskiy District Court Kemerov Dmitry Buntovsky arrested Julia Bogdanov, general director of Kemerovo Confectionery Combine (KKK), who has a burnt winter cherry shopping center, until May 25. This is reported by Interfax.
Bogdanova is charged with part 3 of Article 219 of the Criminal Code (violation of fire safety requirements, which entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons). According to investigators, Bogdanova subordinates repeatedly notified her of the shortcomings of the fire safety system of the building, but she did not take any measures. In addition, the general director in order to attract new tenants repeatedly redeveloped the shopping center. “This created obstacles to the evacuation of visitors,” a representative of the regional prosecutor's office said at a court meeting.
The court also arrested the head of the Kemerovo Inspectorate of the Gosstroynadzor Tanzil Komkov. The day before, she was detained in Moscow. Komkova is charged with part 3 of article 285 (abuse of authority, entailing grave consequences). She did not take measures to suppress the operation of the building of the Winter Cherry shopping center, built without building permission. In addition, the inspection was interested in delaying checks. According to the investigation, the son of Komkova was an employee of the KKK, so she "acted in the interests of her son."
On March 25, in a fire in the "Winter Cherry", 64 people were killed, including 41 children. On Friday, the initiative group of the Kemerovo residents, which, after the tragedy, made their list of missing, confirmed these figures, reports RBC.
On Wednesday, the Kemerovo factory court arrested them by May 25 by the manager of the Winter Cherry Nadezhda Suddennok, the technical director of the institution George Sobolev, the guard Sergey Antyushkin, as well as the general director of the System Integrator Igor Polozinenko and the electrician of this company Alexander Nikitin.
The case in their relation is qualified in parts 2, 3 of Article 109 (causing death by negligence to two or more persons due to improper performance of duties), part 3 of Article 219 (violation of fire safety requirements) and part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code (provision of services that do not meet safety requirements). He is investigated by the central headquarters of the TFR.
The actual owner of the “Winter Cherry” is the owner of the “CVD Group” (produces crackers “Kirieska”, chips “Crushing Potatoes” and “Three crusts”) Millionaire Denis Shtengelov. According to the businessman himself, through the court of the Contaderus Com and Kemerovo Confectionery Plant, he is one of the co -owners of the Winter Cherry, controlled by him. The entrepreneur is not in Russia, but promised to return "after some time."
