
The Central District Court of Kemerovo arrested for five days a photographer and volunteer of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny Alexander Balashov, who came to a rally on March 27 due to a fire in the Winter Cherry shopping center. Balashov himself told Mediazone about this.
According to him, the police in the protocols indicated that he was trying to break the fences and cursed obscenities. It was drawn up for the protocols for two articles: 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the order of a representative of the authorities) and 20.1 Administrative Code (petty hooliganism). He was detained on Saturday morning on the way to work.
Balashov said that in the morning of March 27, the Square of the Soviets was blocked, police stood around the perimeter. There is the building of the regional administration, approximately during the mass action, the governor Tuleyev was at a meeting with the participation of President Vladimir Putin.
During the rally, Balashov, he said, went to the policeman, asked why the fences were needed, and asked him to introduce himself. Subsequently, the crowd broke into the square, but the photographer says that he did not participate in this.
