The ex-head of the Gosstroynadzor of Kuzbass after a fire in the shopping center "Winter Cherry", when 64 people died, left the region and went to Moscow. Tanzilia Komkov was delivered to the Saturday court to choose a preventive measure thanks to the FSB. The representative of the Investigative Committee said that she obviously tried to hide, and should wait for the court in jail.

According to TASS, the hearings are held in the Central District Court of Kemerovo. Komkova, according to SK, was supposed to take measures to prohibit the operation of the unauthorized building of the Zimnaya Vishnya shopping center, in which 64 people were killed in a fire. The representative of the investigation asked to arrest her until May 25, 2018.

He explained in court the need for arrest by the fact that, being free, Komkov could hide. According to him, immediately after the start of investigative actions, she left Kemerovo to Moscow. "The FSB forces were involved, it was forced to be delivered, an obvious fact of an attempt to hide was established," he said. The representative of the UK also added that her testimony diverges with the previously obtained data, and she does not admit guilt.

On Saturday, the court will also consider the petition for the arrest of Yulia Bogdanova, General Director of OJSC Kemerovo Confectionery Plant (KKK), which owned the building of the Winter Cherry shopping center. Bogdanova said that she was guilty of the death of people, but not in the legal sense: "I do not know who was to blame, but I believed that (fire) security was ensured." (A quote for Interfax .) She asked the court to send her under house arrest, promising to cooperate with the investigation. The court left Bogdanov in custody.

The Kuzbass resource VSE42 reports that Bogdanova shifted responsibility for the fire to contractors - security and installer of the fire safety system. She stated that the shopping center was about to change the security, already concluding an agreement with a new enterprise. And, according to her assumption, because of this, she spoke little with the current guards, and she was not reported to her security system.

In the case of the fire, five more defendants are held: the tenant of the Winter Cherry shopping center Nadezhda Suddenok, the technical director of the KKK Georgy Sobolev, the head and employee who served the fire security system of the System Integrator Igor Polozinenko and Alexander Nikitin, as well as Sergey Antyushin, an employee of a private security company who was supposed to include a fire -warning system. They were charged, all five were arrested until May 25.

The fire occurred in Kemerovo on March 25 in the building of the Winter Cherry shopping and entertainment center. According to the latest data, 64 people became its victims, including 41 children.

Bogdanova is confident in arson

Julia Bogdanova, CEO of Kemerovo Confectionery Condeter Plant (owner of the Winter Cherry shopping center), considers the cause of the fire in the "Winter Cherry" arson.

During the break of the meeting, she told reporters: "The teenagers with whom we had problems set on fire." She once again emphasized that she had no data that the fire alarm did not work.

Bogdanova is charged with part 3 of article 219 (violation of fire safety requirements, which entailed by negligence the death of two or more persons). The investigation insists that subordinates repeatedly notified her of the shortcomings of the fire safety system of the building, but it did not take any measures.
