The petty-bourgeois court arrested the nationalist leader Beletsky in absentia

The Meshchansky Court of the City of Moscow arrested in absentia one of the leaders of the "Party of Nationalists" Ivan Beletsky. This is reported by Interfax.

on the website of the Moscow City Court There is indeed a record , from which it follows that on March 29, Thursday, under the chairmanship of Judge Goryunova O.I. a meeting was held on the election of Beletsky I.S. measures of restraint in the form of detention.

Beletsky himself answered the question of OVD-Info that he learned about the court decision from the media.

On February 15, searches were carried out near the Beletsky house in Moscow. Law enforcers came to three apartments where the activist had previously lived. Then it was reported that operational actions were carried out as part of a criminal case under the article on organizing an extremist community (article 282.1 of the Criminal Code). Judging by the information provided on the website of the court, the man is accused under article 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

At the moment, as Beletsky himself reported , he is on the territory of Ukraine, and the migration service of this country is considering granting him asylum.
