According to Dinze, she learned about the beating of the Baluh from another lawyer who tried to get to the Politzek in the pre-trial detention center, but did not manage to do this due to the overload of the insulator.
Dinze will meet with Baluch on Monday - she will defend the activist in the controlled by the Razdolnensky district court in the fabricated case about the beating of the head of the Razdolnensky IVS. In this case, Judge Tatyana Polikalo arrested the accused for a period until June 19.
The activist was already subjected to beatings in the pre -trial detention center in early 2017, in the summer - insults and beatings from the head of the Razdolnensky IVS Tkachenko. In IvS, Balukha was delivered from a pre -trial detention center to participate in court.
Politzek’s defense filed a complaint against Tkachenko to the police. The verdict of Baluhu was sentenced on January 16 by the judge of the Razdolnensky district court, Elena Tedeeeva, controlled by Russia . The activist was declared guilty under part 1 of Article 222 (illegal circulation of ammunition) and part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (illegal turnover of explosives). Baluhu is 47 years old, he is a farmer from the village of Serebryanka of the Razdolnensky district. After a while at night, this flag was secretly disrupted, and Baluh replaced it with the national flag of Ukraine. He did not apply for Russian citizenship after the annexation of Crimea.
