
Today, the Russian Post has launched its first unmanned aerial vehicle. The drone crashed almost immediately after takeoff. The drone was supposed to deliver a two-kilogram parcel from Ulan-Ude to the village, located 15 kilometers from the city.

Before launch, the organizers said that the device could fly at distances up to 60 kilometers at an average speed of 70 km per hour. However, a few minutes after taking off, the drone collided with the house and crashed.

The launch ceremony was opened by the head of Buryatia, Alexei Tsydenov and the Director General of the Russian Post Nikolai Podguzov.
