Like three of the four other cases, at different times fabricated against the poet, it is qualified in part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity), which provides for up to five years of the colony. The official refused to give out the parcel, explaining that the addressee is "under special control". At the same time, she added: "If you had not written statements about the parcel that was not delivered to you from Kyiv, everything would be fine."

In December last year, the poet explained, a relative sent him a box with a book, a scarf and some more things, but he did not receive this parcel. Feathev filed a statement to the head of the post with questions about why he was not delivered to the parcel and when he finally could get it.

After a conversation with the deputy chief of the post office, the poet filed an official statement to the district prosecutor Alexei Zheanzin. The official promised to take the situation for personal control, understand and punish the perpetrators.

Sleanzin also remarked: "If you refuse to serve you in the store, pharmacy, hospital or somewhere else, then write a statement right away - we will figure out and take all the necessary measures."
