The Oktyabrsky District Court of Murmansk arrested Andrei Ravbunas for 5 days due to his participation in the campaign of the Voters' strike on January 28. This was reported in the headquarters group on the VKontakte social network.
Ravbunas was accused of organizing a rally without coordination (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The action of the supporters of Navalny's “voter strike” was not coordinated on January 28 by the Murmansk authorities, as a result of its holding, the police detained 24 people. On March 15, law enforcement officers detained ten more participants in the January action. By the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court, three of which were sent under arrest, and seven more were fined.
On March 21, the police detained another participant in the “voter strikes” on January 28, he became activist Denis Chmikhal. The security forces took him to the police station directly from the workplace.
