The person who spoke about the campaign against Telegram blocking received a call from the criminal investigation department

In Moscow, Anatoly Kapustin, who created a Facebook page about the action against the blocking of Telegram, received a call from a criminal investigation officer. This is reported by Mediazona, referring to Kapustin himself.

According to the creator of the meeting, he received a call from a man who introduced himself as "Sergey from the Criminal Investigation Department" and offered to meet to talk about the "rally", since he had an "order from above."

The man offered to meet in Balashikha in the house where Kapustin was registered. He replied that he did not live there now, and refused.

• On March 20, Roskomnadzor sent a notification to Telegram about the need to transfer the decryption keys of user messages to the FSB within 15 days in order to avoid blocking.

In protest against the possible blocking of the messenger, the activists decided to gather on April 3 at the FSB reception and read aloud excerpts from personal correspondence.
