At the FSB reception on Kuznetsky, participants in the action against the blocking of Telegram Orest Cherchesov, Anatoly Kapustin, Artem Shtanov, Elizaveta Korsi and Veronika Burenkova were detained. Cherchesov himself reported this.

The man introduced himself as “Sergei from the criminal investigation department” and offered to meet to talk about the “rally”, since he had “an order from above.” The man suggested meeting in Balashikha in the house where Kapustin is registered. He replied that he did not live there now and refused.
