The judge of the Sevastopol City Court controlled by Russia Igor Kozhevnikov returned the second case of "Ukrainian saboteurs" to the prosecutor, according to which local residents Vladimir Dudka and Alexei Bessarabov were arrested. It is reported by TASS.
