In Smolensk, the court halved the fine for the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters
The Smolensk Regional Court reduced the fine to Andrei Volobuev, the coordinator of the strike headquarters of Alexei Navalny, to 75,000 rubles. This was announced to OVD-Info by Volobuev's defender Alexei Lavrinenkov.
On February 22, the Leninsky District Court of Smolensk fined Volobuev 150,000 rubles, finding him guilty of repeated violation of the procedure for holding the rally (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses): allegedly by reposting a post on VKontakte, he organized an uncoordinated rally.
