Dmitriev was declared guilty under article 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons). The historian was justified according to the paragraph "in" Part 2 of Article 242.2 (the use of a person under the age of 14 for the manufacture of pornographic materials) and article 135 (depraved actions).
