
The Irkutsk police find out the circumstances of the stabbing in the educational institution. There, one of the schoolchildren was wounded. According to the preliminary version, a classmate, who is characterized as a calm teenager, accidentally stuck a knife in his back.
Currently, the injured student of the N7 school of the Leninsky district of Irkutsk is in the intensive care unit of the Ivano-Matrheninsky hospital. He was operated on. The incident occurred at about 10:00 April 5. "As the police installed, during the lesson, a classmate of the victim sitting at the back desk, playing with a folding knife, according to preliminary information, unintentionally injured the teenager," the official website of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
The press service of the Irkutsk City Hall added that one of the schoolchildren played with a penkal knife during the computer science lesson. The teenager stuck the blade into the back of a chair standing in front of him. Probably, the victim was sitting on this chair or next to him.
