The leader of the public organization "Free Aul", an armless disabled person of group I from Nalchik Aslan Iritov is accused of strangling the policeman "hands". The verification materials say that Iritov allegedly grabbed the policeman by the neck of the “brushes of both hands” and then “continued to squeeze the fingers in the neck”, until the actions of the activist stopped the riot police.

The TFR refused to initiate a criminal case against police officers on the fact of beating Iritov and three members of his family. In particular, in the decision to refuse to initiate the application of the force to the wife of Iritov Marina, it was said that the actions of a riot police who broke the injured finger "were not aimed at causing any bodily harm to her."

Against Iritov himself and his brother Beslan are fabricated by affairs under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of violence that is not dangerous for life or health in relation to a representative of the authorities). They face up to five years in the colony.

Since November 13, 2017, both brothers were under house arrest. However, at the end of the month, the preventive measure was canceled. On December 4, Iritovs were called in the TFR, detained and sent to a temporary detention center . On the 5th of the suspects , they repeatedly sent under house arrest .

Residents of the microdistrict free aul for many years have been struggling to allocate land for individual development. On the lands of the free aul, which went to municipal property after the bankruptcy of the Nalchiksky state farm, it is supposed to build new city quarters. The territory is precious to more than 1000 sites. It is supposed to populate in new quarters from the waiting list from all over the city; The city hall promises to allocate only about 100 sites for development to residents of the free aul. Meanwhile, the living conditions at the state farm are extremely constrained - in each yard two or three families are spelled out; Some families live in hostels. On the morning of October 31, 2017 , from 30 to 40 police officers broke home to Aslan Iritova . On the same morning, three more activists of the initiative group were detained: the deputy chairman of the Free Aul Murat Kuliev, Svetlana Aliyeva and Ruslan Nazranov.

After that, the residents of the microdistrict went to the city administration. “It was not a rally - it was a reaction to my detention,” Iritov later explained. Meanwhile, it was on this day that deputies elected Arsen Alakaev mayor for the next term. The audience demanded a meeting with the official. They also chanted "Iritov here!" And "Putin, hear us!"

Against the protesters sent riot police. The security forces dispersed the citizens, detaining 12 people.

In the OP-1, the protocols on the participation in the inconsistent rally were fabricated for everyone. The same protocol was drawn up on Iritov. On the evening of October 31, everyone except Kuliev was released. Kuliev was arrested for five days.

A number of other activists were fined. In particular, Aliyeva was appointed a fine of 10 thousand rubles, and 15 thousand were declared the organizer of the inconsistent rally.

On November 1, the leader of the Free Aul and his brother submitted applications for beating by security forces. The Iritovs demanded that the statements be taken. When they refused, they themselves opened cases against them under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), which provides for up to five years of the colony.

According to the plot of the case of Aslan Iritov, four seams were overlapped by the “victim” by the policeman.
