On April 6, the Governor of the Orenburg Region Yuri Berg met with relatives of the dead passengers of the An-148 aircraft “Saratov Airlines”, which crashed in the suburbs on February 11, executing a flight from Moscow to Orsk. Maryana Ilyinova, who lost her husband in a plane crash, told Medusa that Yuri Berg assured the meeting participants that the search operation at the crash site was completed and it was numb.
On the same day, a resident of Moscow Julia Sinitsyn, who had a mother died in a disaster, arrived on the field where the plane crashed to lay flowers to a small memorial established by the local administration.
“While I went [to the memorial], I saw large fragments of the aircraft, personal belongings - women's creams, socks and so on - I saw fragments of human bodies, including separately lying ears and just pieces of meat with bones,” said Sinitsyna Medusa. According to her, the locals began to find new remains two weeks ago when the snow began to go; These were "entire parts - legs, heads."
The Saratov Airlines Aircraft fell near the village of Stepanovsky in the southeast of the Moscow Region on the afternoon of February 11 a few minutes after takeoff. According to the preliminary version, the pilots did not turn on the heating of the speed sensors and, focusing on the wrong indications, sent the plane to the ground; 71 people died in the disaster (65 passengers and six crew members). On the same day, the Ministry of Emergencies began a search operation at the crash site, and two days later, on February 13, the ministrysaid that the searches were at the final stage. On February 18, the operation was officially completed, the found remains were aimed at a genetic examination in Moscow. Nothing was reported to conduct additional searches after snow.
According to Julia Sinitsyna, on April 6, on the field where the plane crashed, there were neither employees of the Ministry of Emergencies or a cordon. She called the investigator conducting a criminal case of the crash of the aircraft - she, according to Sinitsyna, said to stand still and wait for the SK employees. “Two and a half hours later, [the head of the rural settlement of the Ulyaninsky Moscow Region] Anuryev Sergey Vladimirovich, who assured that on Monday the field would be numb, will work, 100 people will work and look for. Then the SK and the Ministry of Emergencies arrived, ”said Sinitsyna.
When a woman arrived on the field on Monday, April 9, there, according to her, there was still no cordon: “There is a cadaverous smell, as in the meat workshop, wherever you look, small fragments are small bones, pieces of skin.” Sinitsyna saw a white bus of the Ministry of Emergencies and employees of the department on the field; One of the rescuers said that there were about 100 of them, although, according to Sinitsyna, the employees were “definitely less”.
“I [the Ministry of Emergencies] arranged a tantrum, only after that they went there, [where I saw the remains], we heard, the guys said:“ What to look for, there is nothing there, ”said Sinitsyna on April 9. “They, if they see something large, collect, and the small one, apparently, think, is not necessary, but I have, sorry, my mother was there!” I call in the UK, they throw me from one [employee] to another. I will not leave [from the field] until there are dog handlers, corders and explanations why everything happens. ”
Sinitsyna recorded a short video in which she asked for Russian President Vladimir Putin to understand the situation. The appeal per day was watched 110 thousand times.
On the morning of April 10, a grouping of rescuers arrived at the scene for the search operation, the Investigative Committee in the afternoon said that "in connection with the emergence of an objective possibility due to the thawal of snow, additional inspections of the scene were organized at the crash site." The head of the Moscow region near Moscow, the Ministry of Emergencies, Sergey Potatykin, and the governor of the Orenburg region, Yuri Berg, also arrived near Stepanovskoye - they laid flowers to the memorial, met with Sinitsyna and answered the questions of journalists. Poleskin said that additional searches in the Ministry of Emergencies were planned during the first operation.

“Initially, our goal was after the snow would go, in agreement with the Investigative Committee, we had to conduct the last inspection related to the completion at the last stage of the search operation. This was systemic in nature, so mobile groups [Ministry of Emergencies] were constantly patrolling here, ”said Poleskin.
Yuri Berg, contrary to the said four days earlier, said that the search operation at the crash site never stopped. “These work did not stop, and if they stopped, only because of weather conditions. The work will continue, I think, for more than one month, because the earth is thawing and the blow was strong, ”Yuri Berg told reporters. The governor also stated that he was well acquainted with the deceased mother of Julia Sinitsyna (the woman confirmed this "Medusa") and the family has his phone number.
When asked where the rescuers were, since the work did not stop, Yuri Berg replied : “Well, firstly, explain ... So I immediately informed the Minister of Emergency Situations. What answered me: “Well, the bad weather is like this now, now it’s a little, and everything will be - these works ...” But they do everything within the framework of the instructions that the investigation gives them! ”
On April 6, in the Stepanovsky area there was dry weather, variable cloudiness, 11 degrees of heat.
The governor Berg had to answer questions and about the deadlines for the issuance of the remains of those who died to their relatives. They complain that the genetic examination has been delayed for two months, although they were promised that it would last alone - and they still cannot bury loved ones. On April 1, the site of the mother of one of the dead passengers Anna Tolmasova appeared on the site for the petitions of Change.org, where she demands to accelerate the examination. By April 10, the appeal collected 176 thousand signatures. Yuri Berg said that the remains will be given within a month and a half, since the equipment in the laboratories that conduct the examination cannot function faster. “The robot that determines the DNA works around the clock,” said Governor Berg. “It is impossible to speed up his work.”
The fact that the genetic examination was delayed was reported back in mid -March - then this was due to the large number of fragments of bodies. As Majan Ilyinova, a resident of St. Petersburg, told Meduza, who lost the investigators in early April in early April, and partially offer to bury the dead.
“In total, 14 thousand fragments of bodies were found, and the recognition work, according to investigators, was carried out only by 25%,” said Ilyinova, who visited the Investigative Committee. - Therefore, relatives are asked a question, they would like to bury [close] in parts, as I do not know, puzzle. Here are several thousand fragments identified, and they can be buried, and then they will be given a few more. I was also offered [in the UK], but I decided to wait, because passing two, three, ten times through the ritual [burial] is very difficult. ”
The statement of Yuri Berg that the remains of the dead will be given to relatives for a month and a half, she did not believe. According to her, the investigators first reported that the examination could stretch for a year, and after the appearance of the petition, they began to talk about several months. In the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Department of Health of Moscow (their subordinate institutions are conducted by genetic examinations) did not answer the requests of Medusa.
On the evening of April 10, Julia Sinitsyna recorded another video message - she thanked everyone who distributed information about the situation at the crash site, and noted that the relatives were "finally heard." She said “Meduza” that “I am glad to start the search work” and does not plan to return to the field near Stepanovsky in the near future: “To be honest, my nerves are at the limit. I'm tired".
