Bailiffs in Udmurtia drew up two reports on the alleged author of the investigation about them

In Votkinsk, bailiffs drew up two protocols against activist Mikhail Sokolov, who is considered one of the authors of the investigation into the activities of bailiffs in Udmurtia. Sokolov himself told OVD-Info about this.

Cases were opened under Article 17.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (obstruction of the activities of an official of a body authorized to carry out functions for the enforcement of executive documents and ensuring the established procedure for the activities of courts).

One of the protocols against Sokolov was drawn up in the building of the magistrate's court, where he came to pick up the operative part in the case of his client, and the second - in the department of the bailiff service. They tried to detain the activist for up to three hours, but as a result he became ill and the bailiffs called an ambulance, without detaining Sokolov.

The first case is related to the fact that Sokolov allegedly interfered with the enforcement proceedings, when they tried to seize the phone from his friend Ildar Zakirov, who is also considered the author of the investigation. The second case was opened in connection with the situation when Zakirov was in the conversation. According to Sokolov, then he was simply in a room in the building of the bailiffs' service, "where any person can be."

“All this is happening because they think that I am the author of an investigation video about their corruption. We talked with the deputy chief, who is also mentioned in the video, he said: “You shit on us - get an answer,” Sokolov said.

In early April, bailiffs took away the activist's phone because of an unpaid fine. They also tried to take the phone from Sokolov's comrade Ildar Zakirov. Activists attribute the incident to the fact that they are considered the authors of videos about corruption in the bailiff service.
