"Table in Excel format." At the court in the case of the ex-chairman of the election commission of Komi Shabarshina, they announced a list of recipients of money from the “treasury” of the Gaiser team

In the Syktyvkar City Court in the case of the ex-chairman of the election commission of Komi Elena Shabarshina , who is accused of receiving bribes, on April 10, the former deputy chairman of the government of the republic Konstantin Romadanova was interrogated. He said that he filled out tables with a list of surnames of officials, to whom, at the direction of the ex-deputy head of Komi , Alexei Chernov, money was paid. To make sure that those lists are in question, the judge listed the abbreviations and the reduction of surnames and named the amount recorded in the tables. The meeting was attended by a 7x7 correspondent.

The interrogation of Konstantin Romadanov was conducted from the Zamoskvoretsky court on a video conferences (Romadanov-one of the accused in the Gaiser case, is contained in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center). The state prosecutor Lyudmila Sobchuk asked him how the money was transferred to various people from the surroundings of the ex-head of the Komi Vyacheslav Gaiser . The witness said that he did this on behalf of Alexei Chernov. Romadanov led the tables where the abbreviations or reduction of surnames and the amount of monthly payments were recorded. According to these lists, the ex-director of the integrated management of projects, Alexei Sokolov, formed envelopes and handed them to Romadanov, and he to Chernov.

The witness could not recall many circumstances of the defendants in the “Gaiser case”, so the judge at the request of the prosecutor read out the testimony of Romadanov, which he gave during the preliminary investigation and confrontation, as well as a confession.

His testimony says that he was actually a “treasury” of an organized criminal community. At the direction of Chernov, he made a list of names of people who were supposed to be the money. Romadanov every month instructed the subordinate to prepare envelopes with cash, but did not say to whom and for what they are intended. In the 20s, numbered envelopes were transferred to him, and he gave them to Chernov.

Investigators found tables on a computer that was seized in Syktyvkar apartment on Morozov Street, where Romadanov used to live. But the witness could not recall whether he saw them among the material evidence that showed him during the first interrogations. The prosecutor applied to show these lists Romadanov, but it was not possible to do this through the video camera. Then the judge announced the contents of the tables.

In one of them, after the serial number, there were initials, abbreviations and reduction, in the other - amounts.

The testimony of Romadanov states that the first three list was unchanged-this is Vladimir Torlopov (ex-head of the Komi, defendant in the case of Gaiser), Alexei Chernov and Vyacheslav Gaiser.

It was not possible to transfer copies of lists to the Zamoskvoretsky court by fax, so the Romadanov could not confirm their authenticity. Elena Shabarshina insisted that this is a significant material evidence in her case, therefore it is necessary that the witness saw these tables. The interrogation of the witness will continue at the next meeting, which is scheduled for May 10.

The case of a bribe on an especially large scale against the former chairman of the election commission of Komi Elena Shabarshina was opened in June 2016. She could not come to the first court hearing, as it turned out later, due to an attempt to suicide .

The meetings resumed in the fall of 2017. In October, Shabarshina criticized the position of the prosecution, and later abandoned the confession. Former first secretary of the Komi department of the Communist Party, Vyacheslav Shulepov, speaking as a witness, spoke about the pressure on his party by representatives of the authorities during the election campaigns. The court interrogated the chairmen of territorial election commissions, which gave conflicting testimony. The classified witness, who worked as the chairman of the precinct commission, spoke about the "people of Chernov" who was on duty in the basement of the city hall. Another witness explained how, in the 2011 elections, United Russia attributed more than 30 thousand votes in Syktyvkar.

But the main testimonies concerned incentive payments to the members of the “team” of Gaiser. The existence of such a system was confirmed by several people.
